Hi there, my name is Loran Wallace. I am the owner of Renew Education and Healing and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona. I am passionate about incorporating mental health education to better help clients understand their struggles and feel more autonomous over their futures. I believe in creating a therapeutic alliance founded on trust, safety, and attunement. I utilize an approach of both compassion and accountability to ensure identified goals are met.​

I have experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings with adults, teens, young adults, couples, and families. I am well versed in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, addiction (process and substance), OCD, dissociation, and attachment wounding; as well as concerns relating to self-esteem, anger, perfectionism, relationships, boundaries, communication, and failure to launch. My approach blends elements of EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Post Induction Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and DBT into a style that is relatable and down to earth.

I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Texas State University and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and AZBBHE Approved Supervisor. I am committed to continuing my education and professional training throughout my career to ensure clients are receiving the most updated and beneficial care.
